El Calvario Park, Marbella

Address: Av. Huerta Belón, 5, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain

Tucked into Marbella’s modern centre, El Calvario Park is a hidden gem that trades beach buzz for shady trees, fountains, and peaceful vibes. Just a short walk from Avenida Ricardo Soriano, it’s a favourite local escape—perfect for a quiet breather, a mid-morning stroll, or catching up with friends on a shaded bench.

At its heart is the Ermita del Calvario, a small 19th-century chapel that gives the park its name. Though simple in design, it’s steeped in local tradition and still used for religious processions, especially during Holy Week. With its laid-back atmosphere and subtle nod to history, El Calvario is where Marbella slows down just enough for you to soak it all in.

This park is part of our Best Parks in Marbella and Andalucía and Best Parks for Kids in Marbella and along the Costa del Sol Guides!
