Just off the A7 in Las Lagunas de Mijas, AquaMijas is the kind of place where summer hits different—especially when you’re flying down a waterslide with mountain views in the background. It’s compact, affordable, and packed with rides for all thrill levels, from the high-speed Kamikaze to the looping Crazy Loop and chill-out spots like the Jacuzzi or Blue Lake. Great for families, but equally fun for groups of adults who want to feel like kids again.
New for 2025 is Aqua Splash, a bright and playful water zone designed for toddlers and younger kids. There’s also Lizards Island and La Jungla, perfect for the under-six crowd, while adults can race on Body Sky or ride the curves of Adventure River. If you’re into that classic beach-club energy without the price tag, grab a float and catch some sun in the Wave Pool—no sand required.
It runs from late May to September and never gets quite as packed as the larger parks. Bring a picnic, or hit one of the snack bars between slides. Bonus: it’s walkable from central Mijas Costa and a solid alternative to the beach on windy days.
