Considered one of the greatest living flamenco guitarists, Vicente Amigo brings heart, heritage, and jaw-dropping technique to every performance. Born in Córdoba, he rose to international fame in the ’90s and has spent decades redefining flamenco with a sound that blends tradition with jazz, world, and classical influences. His album Tierra was recorded at Abbey Road Studios, and he’s earned a Latin Grammy and the Gold Medal of Fine Arts in Spain. Whether it’s Roma, Tres Notas para Decir Te Quiero, or Requiem, Amigo’s playing is raw emotion—no lyrics needed.
This one’s happening in Fuengirola, inside the stunning Sohail Castle, a 10th-century Moorish fortress overlooking the Mediterranean. It’s part of the Marenostrum Fuengirola series, known for hosting world-class acts in utterly cinematic settings. The castle venue is romantic, intimate, and open-air—perfect for a warm Andalusian night with music echoing off ancient stone.
